  1. Feedback on the Platform
    • Discussion on current platform usability and accessibility.
    • Positive feedback from members who have found the membership database very useful.
    • Suggestions for improving the user experience.
  2. Simplifying Job Posting
    • Decision to streamline the job posting process to involve fewer steps, making it more user-friendly.
  3. Community Guidelines
    • Introduction and enforcement of community guidelines.
    • Strict prohibition on religious or political content in any form.
    • Continuous communication of community guidelines to new members to ensure awareness and compliance.
    • Clear policies on acceptable content for posts, focusing on job-related and business information beneficial to members.
    • Personal discussions to be off-limits; emphasis on relevant information sharing.
  4. Posting Etiquette
    • General consensus to avoid limiting messaging to accommodate members in different time zones and night shifts.
    • Members encouraged to be mindful of what they post and when they post it, maintaining relevance and respect for all members.
  5. New Feature: Talk Sessions
    • Announcement of a new feature: weekly talk sessions.
    • Members can sign up to share expertise in their respective fields.
    • A small fee may be charged to support these initiatives.

  1. Great! It would be nice to have members interacting with each other and basically trying to help each other. I would suggest members to put up their request for jobs for their kids with a small biodata.
